what kind of mortgage can be attained with a credit score of low 600’s and no deposit?

with a low credit score and close to no downpayments what options are out there for mortgage’s? And what makes it worse is that homes are around 200+ k, So what will a mortgage payment be on a home of 150k over 30 years? thanks

I have poor credit, low score, no down payment. Is there companies that I can get a home mortgage through? It is only for around ,000.
My daughter in law nows owns the house that I rent from her. She wants to sell it, her mortgage payment is less than what I pay her for rent. Even with bad credit, & no down payment, I still wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage for it??

Hello! I am a single mother of 2 children. I currently am paying 00 in rent and I can not afford it. It kills me to be paying so much when I’m not even going to own the house. My credit score is really low about 515. Are there any first time buyer loans that don’t look at your credit score? Also fix your mortgage payment according to your income. I need some credit counseling also at no cost and can not find any around my area. (Atlantic County, New Jersey) My student loans are in default. I honestly do not know what to do. If you have any advice please let me know. No bashers please I already know that the decisions that I made in the past now affected me I wish I would have known it then. Will boyfriend's bad credit ruin our mortgage pre-approval?

My boyfriend and I are going to get pre-approved to buy a house. Due to stupidity years ago when he first received credit cards, his credit score is poor. He also just got a new job..started training this week, so his paychecks won’t even show regular pay for a while now. I’ve got a score in the 700s…have had my job for almost 2 years with consistent income. We don’t know if it’s best for me to apply for the mortgage on my own. I also have great debt-to-income ratio. Will his new job (inability to show consistent income) plus poor credit affect us in a negative way for our pre-approval or will just his additional income help us? We make the same amount of money but I fear that my income alone will look like I can’t even afford a house (if that matters), when in reality, we’d be splitting the mortgage.
Although it doesn’t matter…. a marriage IS in our future. We want to buy simply because now is a great time and we’ll end up paying less in a mortgage payment than we currently are in rent right now.

Can you lose your mortgage because your credit score lowered?

My husbands credit is bad, my father co-signed on our house for us. We pay the mortgage, no problem. In 18 months, we must refinance. I checked my husbands credit last week and it dropped over 200 points! It’s 256 now…when we go to refi in 18 months, could we no longer qualify for a mortgage? Will my father have to co-sign again? We pay each mortgage payment on time each month.

Is it impossible to find a mortgage with severely bad credit?

My husband and I are looking to purchase our first home, however we both have very poor credit scores (and yes I know this is bad news) but we have found a home of which we would like to purchase. The home loan would be for about 0,000, I am currently a nurse and my husband is on disability and has been for the past 10 years! We are confident that we can afford a mortgage, but really don’t want to go through the whole credit repair bit because well quite frankly it would take forever and a day to do!!! I have searched high and low for a lender that does bad credit mortgages with no good results! Does anyone know a legitimate lender who would deal with us??? Before answering, yes I realize it is not wise to have bad credit and need to borrow, but we are at odds here so please no rude answers…

To "my take on it"–I didn’t ask for your opinion on if we could handle a mortgage payment or not! My question was rather simple in asking for bad credit lenders! Thanks for your answer, however I wish you would have actually read the question before answering!

Is there a way to get a VA loan with bad credit score?

I am eligible for VA loan which doesn’t require FICO score but lenders do. Been renting for 20 years and om ready to retire from Air Force and stay in one place. Never missed rent payment which was always more than any mortgage payment in my price range.
