I need a list of lenders that will loan a home mortgage to someone with a credit score between 545 and 550?

I make 48k per year. Circumstances that have led to bad credit rating are a 60 day late car payment that occurred two months ago. The car has since been paid off. Credit cards are close to the max but always paid on time. Please only respond with a list of possible lenders thankyou.

Best Mortgage company for bad credit?

My husband and I filed bankruptcy 2 years ago and are looking into buying our first home. My husbands credit score is about 645…which I’ve been told isn’t too bad though I am thinking that the bankruptcy may still hurt us. He’s in the military and we are looking for a no down payment option. Any suggestion as to a good mortgage company for our circumstances?? Moving to NC in about a week…..Thanks all!

Getting approved for a mortgage with BAD credit?

Ok here’s the deal, I have some outstanding debts that I’m working with a debt consolidator for right now… But all these accounts went into charge off 90 days + late, but like I said I’m working on paying them off as we speak with a debt negotiator… I’m trying to get my first home, I CAN afford it financially with my salary I make, but I’m having a issue getting approved because my credit score is so low they said.. I live in the MICHIGAN, Oakland County area, and need to know if anyone in this area has the same issue I have and found a place to approve them… the house I’m getting is ,000.00 and my credit score is 515… An ideal on place and location maybe number or site I can look at that approved you with the same circumstances?

Can I get a mortgage with bad credit with the following circumstances.?

Here are my circumstances:

Transunion: 567, Esperian: 537, Equifax: 582

Annual income before taxes: 39,000, I have worked for a year

I own a home: 9 a month taxes included
I have had 8- 30 day late payments in 2 years

I have no other debt monthly, making my debt to income ratio 85/15 (I’m pretty sure)

I paid off my car, no late payments last two years.

I paid off my Providian credit card no late payments past 2 years

I have college loans in deferment until 2008, I’m currently working on my MBA

Now the bad news:

I have had 3 derogatory accounts, that I have just currently paid off, 2 were credit cards, one was a medical bill that never made it to collections I don’t think, so they haven’t been factored into my credit score yet as being settled.

I dont have any credit cards and all I pay a month is 9 on my house that I have owned for about 3-4 years.
