I have poor credit, low score, no down payment. Is there companies that I can get a home mortgage through? It is only for around ,000.
My daughter in law nows owns the house that I rent from her. She wants to sell it, her mortgage payment is less than what I pay her for rent. Even with bad credit, & no down payment, I still wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage for it??
Can we qualify for an FHA mortgage with bad credit?

My husband and I make about k a year, credit scores are 562 & 542, we are looking at a house listed for k with no down payment, can we qualify for an FHA mortgage?
I don’t really need a lecture on repairing credit, we are already in process of paying off all of our bad debt and an k mortgage would be CHEAPER than what we are paying in rent.
Bad Credit Mortgage in Colorado….is it possible or should we just file Bankruptcy?

We are looking to purchase our first home in the Denver area in about a year. We both have bad/old credit(both of our credit scores are below 600) Our income will be around 75k(I am finshing up nursing shool)
We are trying to see if this is even possible or if we should just be content renting for several more years.
We are expecting a higher interset rate. I have heard of "B loans" & "sub prime lenders" and have been trying to look into them.
We are trying to decide if we should just file bankruptcy now and see if our credit gets better or if it is possible to get a loan?
Will we need 20% down with this bad of credit, or can filing bankruptcy help that?
Is it possible to get a mortgage when you have bad credit?

My credit score is only 519 and my husbands is only 490. Pretty bad I know. My husband has over ,000 in medical bills from a car accident on his credit along with some credit cards he never paid when he was young & stupid. I have all my credit cards in a debt settlement service so they are all showing in default until they are settled. Is it still possible to get a mortgage? I only have like 00 to put down (hopefully the seller will pay the closing costs). We have 00 a month in payments for 2 cars & insurance and about 0 in other misc bills (cell phone, etc..). We make 00 a month before taxes. We are looking for homes under 0,000 (in my area, that’s what you pay for a decent house). Is it possible to get a mortgage and do you know any companies or brokers to refer me to? I live in central Florida (Orlando/Kissimmee area) Thanks!!
1. Can’t sell the cars, one’s a lease, the other we owe too much on.
2. Credit cards are all gone, working in a program to pay them off.
3. Not paying on medical bills right now, they are in dispute.

Aside from bad credit score, what are the consequences of foreclosing your house mortgage?

I’m living from paycheck to paycheck because of my house mortgage, can’t even save for my emergency fund; added to this, I have maxed my credit cards (about ,000 in debt) so I’m thinking of foreclosing so I can clean up my debt & start all over again. (I can definitely save 0-700 a month if I foreclose).
